BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR - £16 - £18k pa

Keane Creative Ltd is a well established full service marketing company based in Sheffield city centre. Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Business Support Administrator.

This is a newly created and key role within our small but expanding team. Experience of office administration is essential together with strong organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will possess excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills (MS Office suite) and will be able to communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities will include: the organisation of the office, general administration, work flow, inputting of data, running reports and analysing critical data for monthly meetings. Confident use of the telephone is required for handling both outbound and inbound calls as this proactive role requires significant client contact in order to facilitate the work flow of the office and the day to day management of key accounts.

With no one day never the same, the successful applicant must be adaptable, able to prioritise tasks, work to tight deadlines and have a self motivated and innovative approach to the role.
